    Does anyone know what this check engine code means?

    That is the same code I was reading. 12 and 33. My issue at low speeds, ex. Traveling through a large parking lot (HD, Walmart) or traveling through a school zone, the Jeep shutters and chokes and tries to stall. And at Idle and high speeds it is not an issue. What am I missing here?

    Looking for the correct sized winch.

    Looking for a correct (size and brand) winch for a '95 YJ. Our jeeps are not very big so I don't want one that is overkill.
