    Have you checked to see if it jumped timing?? Dieseling may be your issue.

    5 speed shifter vibration

    I have a vibration in mine when in 4th gear and excellerate to get to 5th gear. I just put a new oem set of transmission and motor mounts and an ax5 slave cylinder in. Could it be the transmission mount went or do I need a new dana 35 rear end on my 1990 YJ??? Need a lil help..
