    Try bleach on a small inconspicuous location and see if that does anything. If it is algae (which it sounds like it is) that will kill it pretty fast. Otherwise the polisher with the polishing compound will remove almost anything. I use 3D Products and a Flex polisher...

    1993 4.0 5-Speed, Cranks Strong, No Start

    Did some further testing. Found that the ASD output circuit was being backfed by the heated O2 sensor. I unplugged it and the voltage goes to zero, plug it back in and it comes back. Unfortunately this did not handle the no start issue. I am getting 12v to the primary coil now. Still no spark...

    Did some further testing, no spark from primary ignition coil. No 12v power at the coil either. I do have 12v at the ASD relay, i also replaced this to rule that out as well, no change.     Charged battery and already replaced the CKP sensor to rule that out, no change.

    Did the turn signals, wipers and ignition switch. Double checked everything down there and nothing out of order as far as I can see.

    Just got back to this. Don't have a scan tool, but did the on-off-on-off-on procedure and no codes appeared.
