Map code cleared and did not return. Does anyone know what voltages should be on IAC connector?

just normal driving. started intermittent and now constant high rpm. I was able to get codes today and got 13 and 25 which is possible IAC and Map. no leaks on manifolds. jeep has @ 200k miles. Sure looking like an electrical issue with these codes. Going to test Map sensor today.

Cranks and idles fine for @3-4 minutes. Then idle creeps up to @1500 rpm. Cleaned TB and replaced IAC. Did a smoke test and replaced some old vacuum lines. Sprayed 2 cans of cleaner looking for leaks. Still same issue. Brought to shop and they think maybe elec issue. Of course they want...
