    1993 4.0 5-Speed, Cranks Strong, No Start

    I had this same problem with mine. I removed an old security alarm that was plugged into the Dome fuse block location. Pulled it out and did not replace with a fuse, since I don't have a dome light. After inserting the proper fuse, started right up!
