That was the culprit !! The hoses leading to the fuel filter had dry rotted and were spewing - Thank you so very much !! That is the least expensive fix it could have been !! Blessed !

I have been out of town staying with my moms for over four months -got back yesterday, cranked up my old girl and gas spewed from somewhere under my door - like the fuel line - only spewed while it was running .. I am capable of simple repairs and maintenance ..does anyone have experience...
