    Trying to diagnose an exhaust manifold leak on 89 YJ 4.2

    Could be torn gasket leaking, but the manifold bolts come loose from all our vibration. check Torque , em down

    4.2 header exhaust leak (what size bolt do I need?)

    Usually exhaust flange bolts 'll be either 5/16 - 18 or 3/8 -16. Then measure the length of the others. Better get 2 or more to CYA 👍
