    Problem solved P.O. had hooked up.hei distributor with original coil wire. Voltage was the issue.

    I'm losing my mind. Bought this jeep a month ago. Installed hei distributor, weber 32 36 carb, Timing chain, rear main seal plugs wires and once it warms up it dies at idle. Fires back up then dies. I put a fuel regulator on and new fuel filter. Removed a few vacuum lines (maybe too many)...

    YJ runs fine for 10-20 miles, then hesitates, sputters, and stalls

    I'm having the same issues. I put a new hei distributor and weber 32 36 carburetor plugs wires. Rear main seal timing chain. 90 yj 4.2 manual. Once it's warm she dies easy. Fires right back up then dies. Please help. Running out of things to replace
