    Sound bar fitment

Yes. They will have to placed in front of the roll bar instead of behind the roll bar. TJ’s factory location is behind the driver and passenger’s heads. In a YJ, using the factory TJ sounds pods, they will only work right above the driver and passenger’s heads.

I can tell you this, you are going to see and the feel the quality with the Corbeau seats long before the Rugged Ridge seats.

I would stay far away from that one. What’s the rest of the frame look like?

    1990 Steering box bolts

Do you have a torch? Heat can really help them loosen up and make it easier on you to get them to come out without much of a fight.

    1990 Steering box bolts

I’m not around my YJ at the moment, but a quick search on ebay fielded some results. Pull one of of the good ones and take it with you to the hardware store, match the pitch and size, pick some grade 8 stuff and be done.

Nothing wrong with the fuel pump

Give it a really nice clean look after the cut. Not sure what else anyone has come up with to make it look clean after the cut.

    Tire pressure

I’m curious what a currie anti-rock would do to improve the picture you painted here.

    Tire pressure

Personally I would go to 24, check ride, and then watch for tread wear. Lower it from there doing the same things until you find something a little less jarring. Out boarding the shocks in the rear would help a lot, but that’s a huge undertaking for most with less than stellar results compared...

    Gear upgrade suggestion...

5.13 or 5.38. But use GrimJeeper’s gear calculator to compare and make your final decision.

Thinking about a 1" body lift and motor mount lift

Usually a body lift is to solve other problems. If you are running bigger tires, taller leafs, and have more added flex bc of them, a slip yoke eliminator(SYE) is all you need. Having a SYE allows you to remove the skid spacers and flex without having fears of the rear driveshaft falling...

    LS engine swap for YJ

Yes. Get the SYE, if budget allows, a super short SYE. (SSYE)
