SOLD SBC ready frame not rotted for sale!

Got this pretty nice 98 percent rot free chassis to sell. Front radiator/grille mount and one body mount have pitting, need minor repairs. Rest of the frame is very nice, not rusty inside frame rails at all. Original 6 cylinder engine mounts and tranny mount have been replaced with a small...

    Pile of parts project thread

More parts added to the pile…It’s got my door hardware, a good column, and if I decide to cut up the tub, a good drivers side panel. Someone was building a SOA SBC monster YJ. I almost have enough pieces to build a second YJ from scratch. Still no windshields even here in dry Texas they are...

    Pile of parts project thread

The one with headlights is going to be the one I rebuild. It is a 6 cylinder frame. The four cylinder parts Jeep on the right will be donating its body parts, sterling column, etc. It is a decent tub but was hit on the drivers side and poorly repaired. Once it’s a runner and the bugs are...

2.5 to 4.2 wiring - is it better to start over?

Here’s what I am starting with: a relatively complete 4 cylinder harness and dash. What I need: six cylinder non EFI and with a Weber carb setup, stock distributor, no ac, wiring for this tub. Question: if I want to use the existing gauges, steering column, heater and lighting - is it...

    Pile of parts project thread

Here’s a thread showing my YJ project, Pile of Parts. A local gentleman passed away in the middle of building a slightly modified YJ, leaving behind quite the accumulation of Jeep stuff. Somehow I ended up with most of his collection. It appears the chassis started out as an 87 4.2 Jeep. It has...
