Speedometer Quit Working

My Speedometer just stopped working and I thought it was a electronic speed sensor, however, after replacing it, it still doesn't work. Someone told me it was the speedometer head...can anyone suggest the best way to trouble shoot this?

This Jeep is never taken off road or abused. It's a 95 YJ 4 cyl 5-speed with A/C

Perhaps I miscommunicated: In my original question I advised that I had replaced the Electronic Sensor and that didn't correct the issue.

What else should I check out to fix the issue?

Does anyone know where a good used speedometer head assembly for a standard transmission can be obtained?
1995 YL 4 cylinder.

Did you check the tape that connects all the gauges at the back? Perhaps some path is broken?
