Can someone more knowledgeable than me confirm if this Jeep is a legit Renegade. I'm questioning it because it does not have the rocker moldings nor the trim panel around the dash gauge cluster. Thanks in advance.

That's a CJ7, not a YJ. So yes, it is a Renegade in the CJ7 platform. They were very different from what the later YJ renegade was.
However I can not confirm for you if it's a legit CJ renegade or not. I don't know much about them. Search for CJ renegade identifiers.

Whoops. I was focused on the fact that it was a CJ and not a YJ and didn’t pay attention to the door.
Still, same concept. CJ5 vs 7 renegade were similar. YJ renegade wasn’t.
