Front frame lateral movement

Hi
My 88 Wrangler is all over the road while driving (however the faster I go the less it wonders). I noticed when parked and moving the steering wheel slightly left and right that the front of the frame (in front of the axle) moves to the right and left prior to the tires moving. The tires are slightly bigger then stock but not aggressively so. I don't see any play in the front-end parts, any thoughts?

EEessh The frames do rust and often from the inside out. Can you see the frame flexing or any movement where the springs attach?

Sounds also like the spring bushings may be shot.
