Hi everyone. I've had this YJ for about 6 months. I was working on it a few days ago and noticed that there is definitely a hose missing. What is it's purpose?

Somebody cut your cowl drain hose. I would just order one off eBay, or MTS makes them new. I'm not sure if they are any good, but they make them.
