Dash options

Hey, Guys!
New to this form and the YJ. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what optional switches go here (see photo)? There is a blank space, but there is a small 3 panel switch bracket, a red connector and a black connector with 3 wires coming out of each.
I was considering removing the bracket and drilling holes for 12v and USB outlets.

Looks like it is in the same spot as my window defroster switch.

Yupper. Maybe they were added after. I know that the AC was, cause I get the AC clutch isn't energized code every time.

Factory fog light switch is in that spot, with the hardtop wiper and washer. All of them are there “if equipped”. You can have a combination of any of them depending on year and options.
