I remounted skid plate and had to push automatic transmission back in place but nor my belt wheel is pressing against my radiator fan. How do I fix that?

Looks like the water pump pulley. Is that an aftermarket electric fan? Any way to mount the fan on the front side of the radiator?
You can't just shift the pump pulley back because the belt won't be aligned with the other pulleys.

We need more ifo on why you remounted the skid plate and why the transmission needed to be shifted. The front engine mounts are also affected.

Ahh, so the water pump pulley hits the aftermarket electric fan. My personal solution would be to delete the electric fan and put the stock clutch fan back in.

I too am curious why you had to do what you did at the skid plate though. Sounds like something is off.

I had to replace the gasket on the transmission pan due to bad leaking and to get to it I had to remove the skid plate. I wasn't bright enough to think to use jack stands to support the transmission at the time. When I jacked the transmission back into place and remounted the skid plate it seems as though the engine moved forward 1/4 - 1/2 an inch and is now pressing against the fan.

I'm not familiar with you rubber transmission mount, but is there any way it was removed and reinstalled backwards? I'm not sure it's even possible or if it makes a difference but they look offset.
Does it look like this?

Morning Frank...where are you with this? If you're still having clearance issues check your motor mounts. The rubber insulators may be blown out and there could be a bit of play in them...surely enough for a 1/4" to 1/2" shift when the transmission dropped. Attached is a photo of a broken mount, you can see where the insulator is separated just below the mount bolt bushing...if broken all the way through, there's enough space between the mount and the engine flange for the amount of shifting you indicated.
