Anyone have experience with the aussie locker? I installed one in the rear (dana 35) and forgot to install the thrust washers. It performed fine with very little clicking. When I realized I forgot to install them, I took it apart and installed them. Took it for a test drive and the clicking and banging were awful. So....I decided to take them out again. Now it does a fairly significant pop and lurching only on right turns. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about your misfortune, but I'd bet a dollar to a donut that your housing is bent.
Went through this with mine...
Put an Auburn gear lunch-box locker in mine and it worked perfectly.
On my first trip I clobbered rock with the driver side shock mount.
Discovered it was, indeed, bent when the driver side would Not unlock, at least not predictably.
It didn't take much, just a 1/16", that will cause 0.003" of deflection from the side gear to the driver.
The unlock clearance is only 0.002", and all you have to do is sneeze to bend a D35.
So now I'm heading down the rabbit hole with a $3400.00 Full Boogie, custom D489 from ECGS.
Sure as hell wasn't going to put another 35 in it.
