So I bought this jeep I need to figure out the make of Tranz before taking it to ammco the stock room gage means nothing the engine is maxed out in second at about 2200rpm second seems lower
Anyone know what transmission this is?

What macho said?? slipping clutch or geared uber low running the RPM's up higher that you think it should be??? help us out here.

Exactly what you said its geared Uber low running up the rpms yet. Is that doable with that transmission? Yes the clutch sometimes sticks so I pump it
This doesn’t make any sense. 2200 rpm is not “running up the rpm”.
You’ll be fine at whatever rpm you drive at so long as it’s not past redline.
