Ok I was taking my windshield bolts out to install light bar mounts and the plate with the treads fell back into the window frame. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.
Any suggestions on retrieving plate that windshield hinge bolts mount to?

Oh man, that happened to me and it was a nightmare. I had to end up getting the tiniest magnet I could find, attaching it to a string, fishing it down in there, and then dragging the plate back up very slowly.
It worked, but it was very tedious and nerve wrecking. You need a very strong magnet too!
