So summer is over off with the bikini top and return of the soft top. Apparently the zipper on one back window is bad. Everything else is on and great. Can I get the zipper replaced or do I have to replace my entire soft top bc of one zipper?

Ive had to replace both soft top door uppers due to bad zippers. The rear is also screwed on on my 91. It will zip but leaves sections open as it passes. You might try cleaning the zipper real good of dust, lube it with silicone spray and then gently trying to zip it where it needs to be. I'll warn you if you do get it right Id leave it as it only goes down hill from there.
Not that it will be cheap, but an upholstery shop or a shop that does convertible tops should be able to fix this for you. Your best bet is a boat shop that does canvas repairs on boat enclosures. The boat tops are full of zippers and they are used to replacing them.
