2.5 freeze plug questions

Well fellow Jeepers. My stock 95 with a 145k and just installed remand power train AX5 just sprung a coolant leak from the upper rear freeze out plug…after a coolant flush and correct replacement.
Now what? Can this be replaced as
1. she sits?
2. Do need to pull the head?
3. Pull the engine?

If one went it’s safe to assume the rest are suspect.

FYI: I have been 2.5 YJing since 90

All you need is access to the plugs which means pulling off the intake and exhaust manifolds and whatever else is in the way. The head can stay on.
Look for a youtube video showing how to remove and install them.

This is what the head and block looks like with nothing attached. AX-5 so you do have the 2.5L 4 cylinder right?
