87 YJ won’t go into gear…

I have an 87 YJ. I think that year has the Peugeot transmission. It will not go into gear with the engine running and off. It hasn’t been drivin in about two weeks. The clutch fluid level is low but not too low. Can anyone help me understand what might be going on?
 
When you press the clutch down is it operating as it should? Pressing the clutch and it will roll as if it’s in neutral?

What Macho asked needs a answer. If it will go into gear when not running, leave it in first, try cranking it over and feel if it lunges forward at all. If so Id say clutch issues. DO be careful if it fires up you don't go thru the garage door or a wall. If its just jammed up and wont shift into any gear unfortunately you can guess what that probably means.
 
One thing to try is to leave clutch engaged, that is do not shove down the pedal, and rock Jeep back and forth a little. And see if it will go into any gear. If it does, then you could try cranking it over while holding the clutch pedal down.
