Blown fuel pump maxi fuse

Hope you can help a jeep noob. I just acquired my 95 manual 2.5 yj. The previous owner replaced the relay box and harness and fuel pump. The issue I have is it blows the fuel pump maxi fuse as soon as you turn the ignition on. I was told it did that with the old wiring and old fuel pump. I thought it was going to be a short but now I don’t know. I have read that the o2 sensor could be the culprit. I don’t know…..

02 sensor wiring was grounding out at the exhaust manifold… it ran really good for about an hour then it lost power next. Is look for vacuum leaks and change a bunch of stuff. Full tune up.

First test drive… it wasn’t great but wasn’t bad…. The smiles I got from my passenger makes it all worth it…

It’s good. So far have driven it to work and it’s an hour commute. Need to regear though.
